Compare and contrast
Fiona Pilkington, ignored by the authorities and driven to a desperate end by, apparently, the antisocial behaviour of one local "problem family".
Sarah Hutton, head of a local "problem family", evicted relatively promptly (as these things go) for "racist" anti-social behaviour towards neighbours.
Well at least Ketlan and Denise are pleased.

This is exactly the problem. If only the harassment of the Pilkington family had been classified as a 'disability hate crime' all their grief could have been avoided.
Nwver mind, lessons will be learned and procedures changed.
(Obviously if they weren't 'different' in any of the approved ways then they can go hang)
